FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: in the integral circuit device containing a level with active circuits and a thermoelectric device the thermoelectric device is shaped inside through joints within the said level layer and facilitates heat flow between the integral circuit area and the thermoelectric device. In one implementation version, the themocontroller represents a thermoelectric device (TE) such as a Peltier element. The active thermocontrollers may represent p-n-transitions created within a multilayer integral circuit and may serve for transfer of heat in the horizontal or vertical direction, optionally.
EFFECT: invention enables improvement of the thermal regulation system in multilevel integral circuits.
