SUBSTANCE: air electrode consists of shutoff layer from hydrophobisated acetylene black (HAB) on air duct side, and active layer of HAB mixture and fine catalytic active "СИТ" coal which includes pyrolysates of phthalocyanine and cobaltous acetate (1:1) on carbon carrier of not less than 10% of total composition of the mass, as electrocatalysts of electrolytic reduction of oxygen.
EFFECT: improving electrotechnical characteristics of chemical current sources.
