FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: air electrode of chemical current source in the form of two-layered porous plate consists of hydrophobisated acetylene black (barrier layer) and active layer in mixture of hydrophobisated black and fine catalytic coal in ratio of 25:75 vol %, into which polyfluorinated alcohols (10 wt %) H-(CF2-CF2)n-CH2-OH are introduced, where n of 4 to 5 is the number of fluoroethylene groups in molecule of alcohols.
