FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: cooling and heating plant for air flow designed for air separation column system and coming from it contains exchange line (7), the first turbine (21), subsidiary turbine (27), subsidiary compressor for increasing pressure of compressed air (13). Exchange line includes channel for receiving the first flow of purified air interconnected to subsidiary compressor for increasing compressed air pressure, channel connected to pressure pipeline of subsidiary compressor for increasing compressed air pressure and the first turbine, two channels for receiving two fluids (35, 37) that are heated, channel for receiving the second flow of purified air connected to the suction element of subsidiary turbine, note that pressure pipeline of subsidiary turbine is connected to, at least, one channel of heated air. The said channels are connected in such a way so that during operation the temperature of subsidiary turbine suction was higher than the temperature of the first turbine suction and the temperature of subsidiary turbine suction was higher than the temperature of the subsidiary compressor suction.
EFFECT: use of invention allows increasing cooling efficiency and increasing the volume of fluid produced.
