FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the confectionary branch of food industry, in particular, to a chewing product composition. The chewing product composition includes an elastic base and an additive with biologically active substances. The elastic base is represented by coniferous tree gum. The additive is represented by sprouted grains of cereal crops. The grains are sprouted in a water extract of vegetal origin raw material. The ratio of sprouted grains of cereal crops to coniferous tree gum in the composition is equal to 1 :(1-2) respectively.
EFFECT: manufactured product has improved antiadhesion properties and a pleasant savour of natural gum and bread.
