Composition of ingredients for the preparation of sbiten hot drink concentrate contains natural buckwheat honey in an amount of 905 grams, extract of cranberries in the amount of 36.2 g, fir needle extract in the amount of 33.9 grams, different spices, consisting of ground cloves in an amount of 0.87 g, ground cassia bark in the amount of 0.87 grams, ground coriander in an amount of 0.87 g, ground nutmeg in the amount of 0.87 g, fragrant ground pepper in an amount of 0.87 g, ground root ginger in an amount of 0.87 g, and water – the rest. Consumption of raw materials is expressed in g per 1 kg of finished products. Other variants of compositions for the preparation of sbiten concentrate, including propolis tincture, extracts of birch leaves, raspberry leaf, cedar nut shell, plantain, rose bay, yarrow, nettle, burdock root, lovage,allseed, sweet clover, dandelion, chamomile, currant leaf, dill, tansy, cornflower, roseroot, motherwort and sap.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides an increase in the biological activity and stability of the composition, strengthening the prophylactic properties of the obtained concentrates of sbitens to produce a sbiten drink with a spicy aromatic tone of taiga grasses with the aroma of pine needles of Siberian fir, cedar, and sap.
