SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food and confectionery industry. Inventive chewing gum as a chewing gum contains synthetic and/or natural gum bases, and as fillers additionally contains a paste of coniferous chlorophyll-carotene in an amount of 0.1–0.25 %.
EFFECT: inclusion in the chewing gum coniferous chlorophyll-carotene paste improves the organoleptic properties, gives the product bactericidal properties, expands the range of products.
