FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to otorhinolaryngology and is intended for estimation of functional state of nasal cavity mucosa in case of chronic rhinitis in vocalists by acoustic rhinometry and anterior active rhinomanometry. Indices MCA1, MCA2, VOL1, VOL2, "СОП" and "СВП" are determined before carrying out a complex of respiratory-vocal exercises, after that performed is a complex of respiratory-vocal exercises, consisting in the following: 1) cover right nostril with a finger, exhale through left nostril and vice versa, 2) mouth is open, perform inhalations and exhalations with nose, 3) initial position: body in upright position, look and eye level, count one - press right nostril with right hand finger, turning head to the left; count two - exhalation through mouth, arms are down; count three - do the same into the opposite side; count four - initial position; 4) open lips as if soundlessly articulating vowel "A", close lips, pronouncing sound "M", feel vibration on lips, fix the sensation; 5) close lips without contact of jaws, blow out air, feel vibrating sensation on lips and in nasal cavity; a) said exercise is performed on one note, b) said exercise is performed on glissanto from maximally low tone of range to maximally high tone, 6) pronounce each syllable on "staccato" on one breath: mi, me, ma, mo, mu, my, exercise is performed on one note, ascending on sound line; 7) on one exhalation pronounce in quick tempo, ascending by sounding on sound line: mi me ma mo mu my Ni ne na no nu ny Li le la lo lu ly Ri re ra ro ru ry, with further carrying out acoustic rhinometry and anterior active rhinomanometry, and if parameters MCA1, MCA2, VOL1, VOL2, "СОП" increase by more than 40% and "СВП" decreases by more than 50%, absence of irreversible changes of nasal cavity mucosa is diagnosed, if the same parameters change by not more than 10%, irreversible changes of nasal cavity mucosa are diagnosed.
EFFECT: assessment of state of nasal cavity mucosa is realised with taking into account its peculiarities in vocalists.
