FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, in particular, to apparatuses for cutting out flap from corneal tissue in the course of refractive surgery. Apparatus contains source of focused laser irradiation, sticking ring, made with possibility of application with its sealing surface onto the surface of corneal tissue, device for creation of lower pressure in cavity, limited by the surface of corneal tissue and sticking ring, flattening plate, made with possibility of pressing to the surface of cornea tissue in order to give it required profile, and non-transparent for laser irradiation body. Sticking ring is provided with contact plate, made with possibility of contact with its sealing surface with corneal tissue, non-transparent for laser irradiation body, made with possibility of interaction with sticking ring, being placed on contact plate of sticking ring and located under flattening plate, specifying edge of cut out part of corneal tissue with its internal border.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase accuracy and reliability of task of positioning edge of cut out part of cornea tissue due to possibility of fixation of cornea in transverse direction with contact plate, ensures high quality of corneal cavity sealing due to interaction of sealing surface of contact plate with anterior surface of eye cornea.
