SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to ophthalmology, and is intended for treatment of transudative retinopathy after surgical ablation of epiretinal membrane (ERM). Applicates are applied by laser irradiation with wavelength 577 nm; on macula on the edge of avascular zone by continuous laser irradiation with power parameters 80-100 mW, pulse duration 0.08-0.1 ms, spot diameter 100 mcm until first degree coagulate appears. On area of transudative changes of retina beyond the lomits of avascular zone of macula - with continuous laser irradiation with power parameters 100-200 mW, pulse duration 0.1-0.15 with spot diameter 100 mcm until second degree coagulate appears. On avascular zone of macula - with irradiation in micropulse mode with power parameters 1.5 W, micropulse duration 50 mcs, interval between pulses 2500-10000 mcs, duration of micropulse package 10 ms, spot diameter 100 mcm, operating cycle 0.5-2%.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase efficiency and safety of transudative retinopathy treatment after surgical treatment of ERM due to reduction of retina thickness in macular zone and beyond its limits, reduction of number of intraretinal cysts, recovery of acuity and improvement of vision quality.
