FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, specifically to ophthalmology. At the first stage, the laser coagulation is performed as a "grid" with wavelength of 577 nm and spot diameter of 100 mcm, power of 50 mW, exposure from 0.01 s to 0.1 s throughout the area of distribution of reticular pseudo-hoes, except for the avascular region. Distance between the laser coagulate is equal to one diameter of the coagulate. Then, after 10 days, three sessions of micropulse laser exposure at wave length 577 nm and spot diameter 100 mcm, duration of pack 50 ms, micropulse duration 50 mcs, pulse ratio 4.7 %, power 100 mW, with an interval between sessions of 3–4 weeks. Laser actions are staggered along the whole surface of propagation of the reticular pseudo-drusen, with the distance between the exposure areas equal to the spot diameter.
EFFECT: method enables partial or complete resolution of RPD, high sensitivity of retina and maximally corrected visual acuity (MCVA), improved quality of vision.
