FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ultrasound equipment, particularly, to device for fine spraying of fluid and may be used in nanoindustry, chemistry and pharmaceutics and medicine. Proposed sprayer comprises piezoelectric transducer with concentrator terminating in tool with conical spraying surface with channels communicated with fluid feed axial channel. Center of said channels are uniformly located at circles, their number N is defined by preset shape of spray and process efficiency where R is radius of conical spraying surface, R0 is radius of surface covered by fluid flowing from one hole, γ is vertex angle of conical spraying surface. Circle diameters are selected subject to where i=0…N circle number. Every circle has channels.
EFFECT: higher process efficiency.
