FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine. Edge of nail plate is resected with its minimally invasive longitudinal dissection without trauma to nail bed. After 1-2 months soft tissues of lateral surfaces of nail phalanx are excised. Sutures are applied and wound ends are pulled to each other. Surgical knife for method realisation contains handle and detachable blade. Blade is installed with possibility of movement along guide groove of regulator of depth of tissue excision. Regulator has butt end surface for rest against tissue and is made in form of spring-loaded presser bar placed on handle. Bar is connected with cartridge by means of threaded rod. Cartridge is located on guide groove and is made for blade installation. Guide groove is connected with handle by its end and is provided with scale on lateral surface. Threaded rod is oriented across longitudinal axis of guide groove and has wing nut. Nut is installed with possibility of interaction with spring-loaded presser bar.
EFFECT: separation of purulent and clean stages of operation, optimal treatment conditions.
