FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves dissecting ingrown nail plate with its root, matrix, matrix sulcus and nail wall. Dissection is carried out as wedge which base faces outward. Ingrown portion of the nail plate is removed as a whole with the root, matrix, matrix sulcus and nail wall. The arisen wound defect is sutured with adaptively everting suture and new nail wall produced. EFFECT: excluded disease recurrence. 6 dwg
