SUBSTANCE: energy generation control device (3) for a fuel element (1), according to this invention, contains a unit (31) for calculation of target generated energy , configured for calculation of the fuel cell (1) target generated energy based on the condition of load of the electric load device connected to the fuel cell (1); a unit (34) for calculation of target generated current configured for calculation of target generated current produced from the fuel cell (1) based on target generated energy; a unit (35) for calculation of the current change rate limit value configured for calculation of the limit value for target generated current change rate depending on the fuel cell (1) working temperature; and a current limitation unit (37) configured for limitation of target generated current for the target generated current change rate to be not in excess of the limit value calculated by the unit 35 for calculation of the current change rate limit value.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of fuel cells work under low-temperature environment conditions.
