FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: shaper of voltage pulses comprises an output cascade on complementary transistors, realised on the basis of CMOS-transistors and divided into several sections, every of which comprises two elements of signal delay, a P-MOS-transistor and an N-MOS-transistor, and a logical unit of output transistor control, comprising an asynchronous D-trigger, a logical element of conditions matching, logical elements "OR", "AND".
EFFECT: higher efficiency of signal processing due to elimination of effect of parasite injection of electrons into a substrate with connection of an inductive load and is achieved due to controlled establishment of speed of variation of output current of a voltage pulses shaper.
