FIELD: fodders.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fodder production, in particular, to a method for protein-vitamin concentrate preparation. Method involves preparing a composition based on a nitrogen-containing and a binder, followed by moulding and drying the granules. Nitrogen-containing component is represented by heat-treated full fat soya flour, and as a binding agent - a paste prepared on the basis of beet tops taken at a weight ratio of 1:1 with subsequent drying of the moulded granules to ninety percent of dry substances content.
EFFECT: invention usage allows to produce a product with increased nutritive value.
