FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to grinders of mineral organic stock and may be used in feed mill industry. Pelletiser comprises housing 1 with cylindrical chamber 2 closed on both ends by covers 4, 5, stock loading opening 19, and pellets discharge opening 3 equipped with grate female die14. Drive element 6 and driven element 7 with grinding teeth are arranged inside grinding chamber 2. Driven element 7 composed of a hollow cylinder with openings 11 is arranged coaxially in cylindrical chamber 2 to run in bearings 13. Drive element 6 runs in two eccentric bearings 8, 9 fitted on support plate 10. Note here that annular grate female die 14 with holes 15 is secured at driven elements 7 on teeth 12. Holes 15 in annular grate female die 13 are aligned with openings 11. Cylindrical chamber 2 is furnished with annular chamber 16 accommodating annular antifriction insert 17 with opening 18 arranged opposite opening 3 in pellet discharge chamber.
EFFECT: reduced wear of female die.
