FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: blood cell preparation is produced to determine a degree of blood cell aggregation depending on the optical properties of the preparation; the microphotographs of the blood preparation are taken at the moment of time t1 near the beginning of the blood cell aggregation and at the moment of time t2 near the termination of the blood cell aggregation. Then single blood cells are recognised on the microphotographs, and the degree of the blood cell aggregation is determined by the formula A=1-N/K, wherein A is the degree of the blood aggregation, N is the number of individual blood cells on the photography taken at the moment of time t2. K is the number of individual blood cells on the photography taken at the moment of time t1.

EFFECT: improving performance and accuracy of determining the degree of the blood cell aggregation that enables the diagnosis of microcirculation disorders accompanying various diseases and pathological conditions.
