FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device for diagnostics of asynchronous electric motors consisting of power supply sources and measurement devices. Additionally included are the motor rated values memory unit, an on-board storage, a display, a microprocessor for determination of actual launch duration, a microprocessor for evaluation of overheating and insulation condition. The measurement devices contain a current source connected to the both microprocessors, the insulation temperature sensor and an ambient temperature sensor connected to the microprocessor for evaluation of overheating and insulation condition. The microprocessors are installed parallel relative to the asynchronous electric motor and serially relative to each other. The current, insulation temperature and ambient temperature sensors are connected to the microprocessors via analogue-to-digital converters.
EFFECT: possibility of diagnostics of the asynchronous electric motor active part in the process of operation.
