FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to ophthalmology, and can be used for determining differentiated indications for selection of mode of laser treatment of central serous chorioretinopathy. Localisation of fluid filtration point relative to fovea is determined by method of infrared and short-wave autofluorescence. Maximal height of serous detachment of neurosensory retina and/or pigment epithelium in mcm and thickness of chorioidea under serous detachment in mcm are determined by method of optic coherent tomography with module of improved image depth. If filtration point is located juxta- or subfoveally, and maximal height of serous detachment of neurosensory retina and/or pigment epithelium constitutes not more than 250 mcm, with thickness of chorioidea constituting not more than 450 mcm, micropulse mode of laser impact with wavelength 577 nm is selected. If filtration point is located extrafoveally and maximal height of serous detachment of neurosensory retina and/or pigment epithelium is more than 250 mcm, with thickness of chorioidea constituting more than 450 mcm, mode of focal laser retina coagulation with wavelength 577 nm is selected.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to select mode and control efficiency of performed laser treatment in case of central serous chorioretinopathy in patients with severe somatic pathology and aggravated allergy anamnesis with contra-indication to carrying out FAG.
