FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for treatment of chronic central serous chorioretinopathy with presence of two or more filtration points (FP) arranged sub-, juxta- and subfoveally. Location of filtration points is determined. If any co-localization of FP is located, combined laser surgery is performed and sub- and juxtafoveally or extrafoveally: focal laser coagulation of extrafoveal FP is carried out with the use of laser radiation with a wavelength of 577 nm. The said effect is combined with sub-threshold micropulse laser action on filtration points arranged sub- and/or juxtafoveally, using laser radiation with a wavelength of 810 nm.
EFFECT: reduced risk of postoperative complications, high functional outcome in postoperative period, reduced patient recovery time and improved quality of life by avoiding damage to the retinal pigment epithelium.
