SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics, and can be used for the surgical restoration of damage to the meniscus of the knee joint. A 2/0 monofilament thread without a needle with a loop at the outlet is placed into the cannulated needle of the venous catheter and an injection is performed through the medial access, the joint capsule and the meniscus. A suture braided thread is placed in the loop, the first end of the thread is pulled out of the joint by traction in the direction of the joint, then the second. Then the suture thread is distributed in such a way that its short end is at the beginning of the seam. With the help of the long end of the suture thread, by alternately changing the direction of the loop of the pulling thread, injections inside and outside with a cannulated needle are carried out with the long end of the suture braided thread in a continuous way through the entire volume of meniscus lesion area.

EFFECT: method provides a better adaptation of the edges of the meniscus by using a single thread, eliminates the eruption of meniscus tissue by tightening the thread when it is directed in different planes, and also reduces injuries and inflammation of the entire joint cavity, which contributes to better healing of the meniscus due to a small number of nodes.
