SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ophthalmology and can be applied for implantation of intraocular lens (IOL). Scleral or corneal 1.8-2.75 mm cut is made. Cartridge is removed. Formation of knots is performed after IOL centering first outside eye through two paracenteses or through paracentesis and main cut, located in opposite meridiants.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to ensure high vision acuity from the first days after operation.
