FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ophthalmology and can be applied for implantation of intraocular lens (IOL). Scleral or corneal 1.8-2.75 mm cut is made. Before introduction IOL is lubricated with viscoelastic, twisted along longitudinal axis of tactic part of lens with optic cylinder inwards, placed into cartridge, preliminarily filled with viscoelastic; after that, cartridge together with IOL is introduced through said cut be means of injector with soft wad. Cartridge is removed. Formation of knots is performed after IOL centering first outside eye through two paracenteses or through paracentesis and main cut, located in opposite meridiants.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to ensure high vision acuity from the first days after operation.
