FIELD: measurement equipment.

SUBSTANCE: method includes adjustment of a device to carry out measurement according to reference, bringing a probe to a part surface and visual tracking of the measurement result according to a scale. At the same time the device probe is brought to the part surface with the help of a piezoelectric converter from the maximum upper position of the probe, at which the piezoelectric element of the converter, being elastically deformed, takes minimum dimensions according to height, to electric contact of the probe with the surface of the measured part, recorded with the help of an indicator. At the same time voltage is increased with the help of a laboratory transformer (LATR) gradually, afterwards, by measurements of thickness of the piezoelectric element and linear displacement of the probe, which contacts and is elastically connected with the electrode-contact arranged on it, the measurement result is assessed according to the voltmeter scale calibrated in mcm. Gradual supply of voltage to the piezoelectric element is carried out, increasing it from 0 V to 220 V.

EFFECT: improved accuracy of measurements.
