FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: standard for calibrating optical devices contains a material of a piezoelectric material locatedon the base with reverse piezoelectric effect with a small hysteresis with the electrodes applied on two opposite sides, connected to the voltage source, and supplemented by the second identical element of the piezoelectric material coated on two opposite sides by electrodes connected to the voltage source. The elements are interconnected by surfaces of the electrodes with the formation of a common central electrode and connected to the voltage source so that the external electrodes of the resulting assembly are grounded and fulfilled so that, when filing a control voltage to the electrodes, simultaneous unidirectional deformation of both elements regarding foundation occurs.

EFFECT: providing the possibility of increasing the calibration accuracy.
