FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: cable contains optic fibres, a hydrophobic filler, a C-shaped module with a main reinforcing element, an additional strength element on the external polymer shell, a water-blocking band consisting of two parts, two cords disrupting the external shell. Placed in the centre of the circle circumscribed by the internal surfaces of the C-shaped module is a triradial polymer divisor element with optic fibres. Additionally introduced is an intermediate polymer perforated shell with two disrupting cords dividing such shell in two. The disrupting cords of the intermediate polymer perforated shell are aligned with those of the external polymer shell, their designation implemented by way of projections on the external shell external surface.
EFFECT: decreased time of the optic cable recovery after damage and ensuring optical fibres protection against moisture penetration.
