FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agriculture and fruit growing. The methods lie in use of amino acid based preparation for treatment of fruit and berry crops, which is used in the first version in the form of an aqueous solution of glycine at a concentration of 70-90 mg/l, and in the second embodiment of the method it is used in the form of an aqueous solution of alanine at a concentration of 80-100 mg/l. The treatment is carried out in the middle of September on the crown of green leaves of fruit tree and/or berry bush.
EFFECT: methods enable to improve the sustainability of fruit and berry crops to frost in winter period, to provide high productivity during fruit-bearing and safety of fruits and berries in the conditions of refrigerated storage, to enhance the abilities of the method implementation.
