SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry. The product contains an emulsion including 0.5 - 10 wt % of at least one flavouring compound chosen from diethyl succinate, isoamyl cinnamate and benzyl butyrate. The flavouring compound has logP value equal to 1 - 10 and specific weight equal to 0.98 - 1.1. The product contains 0 - 25 wt % of vegetable oil, 1 - 25 wt % of an emulsifier and 50 - 95 wt % of water in conversion to the total weight of the emulsion.
EFFECT: invention ensures the emulsion stability.
