SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for usage in preservation industry during production of preserves for dietary alimentation. The method envisages recipe components preparation, dried plums blanching and cutting, spinage cutting and freezing, chicken cutting, raisins blanching, sunflower flour pouring with chicken broth and maintenance for swelling, the listed components mixing with sour cream, culinary salt and calcium gluconate, the produced mixture and chicken broth packing, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: invention ensures reduction of the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls.
