SUBSTANCE: method of identification and differentiation of procariotic microorganisms provides amplification of sequence between the gene replicas of transfer riziform-Glu with use of genus-specific primers. The said sequence is a hin-region. The resulting amplification products are compared with similar characteristics of known hin-regions by the number, length and nucleotide sequence.
EFFECT: use of the invention enables to carry out the identification in the sample of both one and several different procariotic organisms simultaneously.
