FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to biotechnology, namely to method for indication of bacteria of Lactobacillus family. Method is based on performance of polymerase chain reaction of DNA in bacteria of Lactobacillus family. For PCR performance they use original family primers, which correspond to conservative sections of lactobacteria genome and amplifying fragment of genome, which may further be used for species identification of bacteria of Lactobacillus family.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase specificity of method for indication of bacteria of Lactobacillus family on the basis of PCR of genetic determinant 16 S pRNA fragment.
