FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: pre-greased blade is placed in a chamber of an industrial ion-plasma plant. The blade airfoil is protected against exposure to plasma flux with the help of a screening device. Vacuum is pulled in the chamber, afterwards in the mode of ion treatment by the method of cathode argon spraying under action of ion-plasma discharge, the surface of the blade tail is cleaned. Then in the mode of titanium and nitrogen ion plasma generation a coating of titanium nitride is formed in the surface of the blade tail. The blade is cooled in vacuum, afterwards in the closed working space of the circulating plant the blade aluminising is carried out. The coating on the tail produced as a result of titanium nitride aluminising is used as a working coating.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of blade tail protection in process of chemical and thermal treatment with simultaneous expansion of functional capabilities of a coating.
