FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: method includes deposition from electrolyte, containing the following components, kg/m3: aluminium chloride 50-600, iron chloride (II) 100-400, iron sulfate (II) 100-400, potassium (sodium) chloride 80-100, hydrochloric acid 0.5-1.5, on asymmetrical AC with asymmetry ratio of 1.2-6, cathode current density 20-80 A/dm2, temperature of electrolyte 20-40°C, pH of electrolyte 0.8.
EFFECT: higher content of an alloying component, higher efficiency, microhardness and wear resistance.
