FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: concrete damper sleeper has at least two grooves at different levels. Quasicontinuous elastic rope rings are laid into grooves, being folded into two threads and compressed until contact. End sections of the rings exit the concrete body, cover bases of rails and compressed to them with embedded bolts.
EFFECT: reduced dynamic loads at rails and wheel sets, and reduced vibration loads.
