FIELD: measurement equipment.

SUBSTANCE: device to measure total and fractional flow rates of multi-phase non-mixing media comprises two measurement sections spaced along the pipeline length, each comprising at least two sensors, including a sensor of fractional water flow rate measurement. The sensor of fractional water flow rate measurement comprises two units for measurement of fluctuation of dielectric characteristics of a multi-phase flow, a high-frequency generator of scanning signals, two units of detection of amplitude-phase frequency characteristics, a unit for calculation of a correlation function. The sensor for measurement of a fractional flow rate of liquid hydrocarbons, comprising two units for detection of amplitude-phase frequency characteristics, the second unit for calculation of a correlation function. The sensor for measurement of a fractional flow rate of liquid hydrocarbons is additionally equipped with an internal high-frequency generator of scanning signals, to which the first and second units of measurement of scanning magnetic field fluctuation are connected.

EFFECT: development of a device for increased accuracy of measurement of total and fractional flow rates of multi-phase non-mixing media, also in flows containing three and more phases, with the help of which it is possible to more accurately define fractional shares of all phases, available in the flow of non-mixing media due to elimination of effect of some sensors at adjacent sensors.
