SUBSTANCE: wire includes steel sheath and filler containing metallic calcium, and flux material is represented by one or more components from a group including dolomitic lime, calcined dolomite, cement materials, molten refining slag, fluor-spar, calcium chloride, sodium chloride, at the following filler component ratio, wt %: metallic calcium 25-55, the rest is flux material.
EFFECT: high efficiency of filler component utilisation due to reduced number of oxide, oxysulphide and sulphide inclusions in the finished metal.
