FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in developing gas condensate fields and recycling hydrocarbon gas. The apparatus for producing carbon and hydrogen has a rectangular waveguide (1) in which a flow reactor (2) is placed across its wide walls. The flow reactor (2) is in form of a dielectric pipe filled with a gas-permeable electroconductive substance (3). The flow reactor (2), the output region of which adjoins a field concentration region, is fitted with an electric field concentrator. The electric field concentrator has a hollow metal core (4) in form of a pipe section. The metal core (4) lies in the dielectric pipe (2) movably and coaxial to the array of gas-permeable electroconductive substance (3) opposite its output part. The end of the metal core (4) facing the flow reactor (2), is fitted with a cap (5) with a calibrated axial hole (6).
EFFECT: invention increases performance of the apparatus for use on an industrial scale and enables to adjust resonance frequency.
