SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgical industry and can be used in processing metallurgical slag. In the apparatus, a container for receiving molten slag is placed on a swing support such that it can turn about the swing support in either direction by 20-45°, and the bottom of the container is partially perforated, wherein the part lying on the side of feeding the melt is continuous and perforated on the opposite side, wherein the size of the flow section of the holes in the perforated part of the bottom does not exceed the diameter of a ball placed in the container.
EFFECT: invention increases efficiency and reliability of the device, as well as quality of the product.
