FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: method involves action of stage of cleaning from CO2 at least on some part of gases from a blast furnace to create gas that is saturated as to CO. Obtained gas is blown-in at the first upper blowing point located above the blast furnace bottom at the temperature of 700 to 1000°C through an upper blowing line and at the second lower blowing point at the blast furnace bottom at the temperature of 1000°C to 1300°C through a lower blowing line. Monitoring of gas flow rate is performed through lower and upper blowing points in the process flow direction to system of heaters (30, 33, 45). Invention also refers to the device for implementation of the above method.
