FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for usage in meat industry and relates to devices for meat raw material treatment. The device consists of a source of LF electric oscillations and a solenoid-type radiator. The used source of LF electric oscillations is represented by a generator of unipolar triangular-shaped pulses with frequency equal to 10-200 Hz corresponding to resonance frequency of intramolecular transformations in the meat raw material. The solenoid has a ferrite core generating LF electromagnetic field with energy exceeding that of disruption of hydrogen bonds in a biological cell by at least 4.5 kcal/mol.
EFFECT: manufacture of environmentally safe meat raw material and extension of such material storage life due to reduced microbial contamination and reduction of material and energy expenditures on ready products preparation.
