FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of denaturated collagenic protein based biologically active additives and may be used as a functional biologically active food additive for strengthening connective tissue. The biologically active food additive includes the following components: denaturated collagenic proteins of skin or cartilage or ligaments or sinews or their mixture, vitamins C, B6, PP, calcium carbonate, ferric sulphate, cuprum citrate, magnesium citrate, sodium thiosulphate, laminaria blade, girasol leaf or root or their mixture and a filler. The biologically active substance composition depends on age and physical peculiarities of the human.
EFFECT: invention allows to produce functional active food bioadditives eliminating connective tissue deficit with various categories people and stimulating connective tissue recovery after diseases, traumas and hard physical activities.
