SUBSTANCE: invention refers to food industry. A functional food contains glucosamine sulphate, chondroitin sulphate, collagen hydrolysate, methionine, cystine, proline, ascorbic acid (vitamin C), vitamin В6, D-biotin (vitamin Н), flavour additive (wild berry) in the following primary ratio, wt %: glucosamine sulphate 36-40; chondroitin sulphate 28-32; collagen hydrolysate 22-26; methionine 1.6-2.0; cystine 1.6-2.0; proline 4.0-4.6; ascorbic acid 2.6-3.2; vitamin В6 0.012-0.014. The food additionally contains D-biotin (vitamin Н) in an amount of 20-30 mcg/g and flavour additive in an amount of 0.3-0.5 mg/g.
