SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medical equipment. According to the method of pulse energy calibration of a laser device generating working pulse laser light; working laser light generates multiple test ablations, preferentially test ablations by a number of pulses on one or more test objects with various pulse energies for each of the above ablations. A depth of each of the test ablations is measured; the measured ablations depths and set ablations depth are used to derive an associated set pulse energy to be specified on the laser device. The ablation depth is measured by a coherent optical interferometer. The invention also refers to the laser device containing the pulse laser, interferometer, adjusted positioning unit and computer.
EFFECT: group of invention provides simplifying specifying the required set value for laser beam energy.
