SUBSTANCE: method envisages recipe components preparation, duck meat cutting and frying in melted fat, fresh white cabbages chopping and freezing, bulb onions and greens cutting, the listed components mixing with flour, sour cream, acetic acid, sugar, salt, red hot pepper, allspice, caraway and laurel leaf, the produced mixture and bone broth packing, sealing and sterilisation. The invention novelty is as follows: one uses sunflower flour that is poured, before mixing, with bone broth and maintained for swelling while the components are used at the following expenditure ratio, weight parts: duck - 500; melted fat - 15; fresh white cabbages - 500; bulb onions - 29.3-29.6; greens - 3.8; sunflower flour - 39; sour cream - 50; sugar - 5.2; salt - 12; citric acid - 0.2; red hot pepper - 0.6; allspice - 0.6; caraway - 0.4; laurel leaf - 0.04; bone broth - till the target product yield is equal to 1000.

EFFECT: method ensures reduction of the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls.
