FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sports medicine. Test with constant loading is set and sequence of paired light 200 ms long pulses, repeated after constant 1 s long time interval, separated by inter-pulse 70 ms long interval, is demonstrated. Threshold inter-pulse interval, when two pulses in pair fuse into one, is determined by method of successive approximation, and graph of threshold inter-pulse interval dynamics is built in coordinates "threshold inter-pulse interval value - time of testing" .State of fatigue is determined by the time of sharp decrease of threshold inter-pulse interval values. First, a tested person is given a test with constant loading, equal to 75% of proper maximal oxygen consumption, after which testing is repeated after two days of rest with loading, increased by 50 W until graph of threshold inter-pulse interval dynamics has descending trend. State of fatigue is determined by previous graphs of threshold inter-pulse interval, which have "plateau".
EFFECT: method makes it possible to determine human fatigue under various loadings in a reliable way.
