FIELD: veterinary medicine.

SUBSTANCE: method of diagnosing brucellosis comprises introducing into the cavities of the diagnostic plate of fresh and formalin-preserved milk, adding the antigen in a dose of 0.015 ml, mixing the components, rocking the plate for 4 minutes, recording the reaction results. As an antigen, the antigens for milk ring test is used. The milk is applied in the amount of 0.03-0.04 ml. The positive result is evaluated by the formation of agglutinate agglomerating in the form of rings of different width and intensity of staining on the edge of the cavity.

EFFECT: method enables to diagnose brucellosis quickly and accurately in animals.
