FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: battery current and voltage are detected at battery terminals; a model of the battery is preset. Using a state variable filter the measured values of current and voltage are subjected to conversion of state value in order to calculate a value of conversion state. Based on the value of state conversion voltage at terminals of the accumulator battery is estimated as a voltage estimate; and it is based on the battery model. A parameter of the accumulator battery is identified so that the difference between the measured voltage value and voltage estimate tends to zero. At that the measured value of voltage and estimate value are subject to processing with low-band filter with treble cut characteristic and the difference is calculated using the measured voltage value and voltage estimate value which are subjected to low-band filter processing.

EFFECT: improving accuracy of identification for accumulator battery parameter.
