SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement equipment, in particular to measurement of parameters of batteries and control of their condition, and can be used for estimation of condition of batteries both in operation and in storage. Result is achieved by the fact that current, voltage and temperature sensors are installed on the battery and connected by a communication line to the state variables calculation unit, additionally there is a battery condition evaluation unit, the output of which is the second output of the device, the output of the unit for estimating the degree of charge is connected to the input of the unit for estimating the state of battery, wherein the output of the unit for estimating the state of charge is the first output of the device.

EFFECT: broader functional capabilities of the device.
