FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: device for charge level identification comprises the first and the second arithmetic units and an arithmetic correction unit. The first arithmetic unit 30 is made so that it can calculate the current value of the charge level identification as the first value of the charge level identification, the said current value is calculated on the basis of the battery capacity, the last value of the charge level identification and the electric current running between the current control device 3 and the energy accumulation device 1. During the continuous current control the second arithmetic unit 31 can calculate the value of the charge level identification as the current value of the second charge level identification; the said calculated value is defined on the basis of the battery equivalent circuit model and the battery voltage, and during the continuous voltage control the above unit can calculate the current value of the charge level as the second value of the charge level identification, the said current value is calculated with regard to the change of the battery resistance basing on the battery equivalent circuit model and the battery voltage. An arithmetic correction unit 32 can periodically change the first value of the charge level identification on the basis of the second value of the charge level identification.

EFFECT: improved accuracy of the charge level identification and the battery wear evaluation.
